Abstract

In this introductory article based on a theoretical perspective that supports the Philosophy of Law by and for jurists, I present and explain its purpose. In order to do it, I shall analyse three main points: the first one is to specify the philosophy of law that may be considered of greatest interest and usefulness for legal operators; the second point is to describe and therefore establish a framework for the content of the subject matter; and finally, to briefly explain the scope of the phenomenon of Constitutionalism, whose analysis seems unavoidable, taking into account its relevance and influence on contemporary legal reality.
